We believe in better sleep, and we want you to feel confident in trying No-Snore Sleep Plugs. That’s why we offer our 60-Night Sleep Guarantee—giving you plenty of time to adjust and see the benefits.


1️⃣ Our 60-Night Sleep Guarantee (For Single Packs Only)

If you’ve given your No-Snore Sleep Plugs at least 30 nights to adjust and still find they don’t work for you, we offer a full refund—no store credit, no hassle.

Who Qualifies?

✅ You must try the earplugs for at least 30 nights before requesting a refund.
✅ Refund requests must be made between 30 and 60 days after delivery.
✅ This guarantee applies to your first order of a single pack (bundles and multi-packs are not eligible).
One refund per household to ensure fairness.

🚫 What’s Not Eligible for the Guarantee?

  • Requests made before 30 days (we want you to give them a fair try!).

  • Requests made after 60 days (we have to set a limit).

  • Bundles, multi-packs, or bulk orders (see below for bundle return options).

  • Repeat purchases from customers who have already received a refund.

For UK & EU Customers

📌 UK & EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Rule)
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to return an unused, unopened product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened earplugs cannot be returned unless defective.

📌 Two-Year Guarantee for EU Customers
In accordance with EU consumer laws, our products come with a two-year legal guarantee. If your No-Snore Sleep Plugs develop a fault or do not perform as advertised within two years from the date of purchase, please contact us at hello@no-snore.co for a repair, replacement, or refund.


2️⃣ How to Request a Refund

We require proof of use to ensure real customers benefit from our policy while preventing abuse.

📌 Step 1: Fill out our Refund Request Form explaining why the earplugs didn’t work for you.
📌 Step 2: Provide proof of use—this could be a brief video, photo of the product after use, or feedback about how it lowered snoring but wasn’t effective enough for you.
📌 Step 3: Submit your request between 30 and 60 days after receiving your order.
📌 Step 4: Once approved, we’ll process your full refund (excluding shipping) within 5-7 business days.


3️⃣ What If I Ordered a Bundle or Multi-Pack?

🚫 Bundles & Multi-Packs Are Not Eligible for the 60-Night Guarantee
Because our bundles are already discounted, we can’t offer risk-free refunds on multiple units.

However, Unopened Items in a Bundle Can Be Returned

  • If you purchased a bundle but only used one pack, you can return the unused and unopened items for a partial refund.

  • We will deduct the value of any used product from the refund total.

📌 Example:

  • You buy a 3-pack bundle for $90.

  • You use 1 pack, but the other 2 remain sealed.

  • You return the 2 unopened packs.

  • Refund = $90 - (Value of 1 used pack).

🚨 Important: Since bundles are discounted, the deduction is based on the full price per unit, not the discounted rate.


4️⃣ Unopened Product Returns

If you decide you don’t need your No-Snore Sleep Plugs and haven’t opened them, you can return them anytime within 60 days for a full refund.

📌 For UK & EU Customers: The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to unopened products only (see above).


5️⃣ Pricing, Taxes, and Import Fees

📌 UK & EU Customers: Any VAT, customs, or import duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary by location and will not be refunded by No-Snore.

We’re committed to helping people sleep better, but we also have to prevent refund abuse. That’s why we:
